There are times in everyone’s lives that extra help and support are needed. Counseling can be an effective tool to help overcome life’s challenges, both big and small. I consider it an honor to walk alongside those who are struggling or in pain. I prioritize acceptance and emotional security while collaboratively helping my clients clarify the changes they want to make and offering therapeutic tools to help reach those goals. I have great compassion for the struggles of my clients and take the burdens of life seriously; I also recognize the value of humor and incorporating lighthearted moments in the counseling experience. It brings me great joy to help others break free from the barriers that keep them from living the abundant life that God intends.

Julie is a Licensed Professional Counselor, with a Master of Counseling degree from Grace College. She works with both individuals and couples to address a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, traumatic stress, self-worth, spirituality issues, conflict resolution, and communication.
